White Marmot

Mountain restaurant · Creative cuisine

14 min by car · to the starting point

White Marmot sits at 2,486 metres right next to the Corviglia top station and is one of the culinary highlights of the ski area. Head chef Marco Moroni, with the restaurant since 2017, cooks creatively and internationally – for example red deer entrecôte with an exotic broth or paccheri with wild boar ragout. Some dishes are staged at the table, such as the “Corviglia Magnum” ice cream. Around 500 wines are on the list, and the sun terrace offers views across the Engadin lakes.

Our hosts' tip
