Chamanna St. Moritz

Mountain restaurant · modern with Asian touches

14 min by car · to the starting point

Chamanna lies in the middle of the Corviglia ski area and can be reached on skis via the Salastrains, Alp Giop and Randolins lifts, or on foot with a special pedestrian ticket. Hosts Patrik and Men combine Swiss classics such as Ghackets mit Hörnli (minced beef with macaroni) with Asian-inspired dishes, fresh pasta and a Szechuan hot pot for two. The terrace offers views across the Upper Engadin lake landscape. The hut is open in winter only, from breakfast to après-ski – booking is worthwhile at lunchtime, and dogs are welcome.

Our hosts' tip
