Balthazar

Balthazar in the centre of St. Moritz is lounge, cocktail bar and Italian restaurant in one, and opens in winter only. The cuisine is Italian with a contemporary twist; the house made its name with creations such as the Carbocalamaro (squid carbonara-style) and the “Dom Pizza”, served with Dom Pérignon.
