12 min by car

Hauser in the centre of St. Moritz has been family-owned since 1955 and is open from breakfast through to dinner. It is known for its “Piöda”: guests grill meat, fish and vegetables themselves on a hot stone slab at the table. During the day, the large terrace and cakes from the in-house confectionery are a draw – above all the Engadin nut tart. The menu features Graubünden classics such as pizokels and rösti, plus vegetarian bowls with vegetables from the hotel's own garden.
