Grissini at the Crystal Hotel is located right in the village centre of St. Moritz. Head chef Massimo Ruzza combines light, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with recipes from the Alpine region – such as cappelletti filled with ossobuco or sea bass with beurre blanc, complemented by game dishes in autumn.
