Chasellas belongs to the Suvretta House and sits at the gateway to the Corviglia ski and hiking area, right by the Suvretta chairlift. At lunchtime it is a rustic mountain restaurant with a large sun terrace serving Wiener Backhendl (Viennese fried chicken), pasta or beef tartare. In the evening, head chef Marco Kind cooks at 15-point level (Gault&Millau), pairing regional ingredients with Mediterranean influences, ideally as a tasting menu of four to seven courses. Dogs are welcome.
