16 min by car

Talvo in Champfèr occupies an Engadine farmhouse dating from 1658, one of the oldest buildings in the hamlet. Since November 2024 it has been run by head chef Kevin Fernandez, for many years Martin Dalsass's right-hand man, and host Lisa Carlevero – and it holds one Michelin star and 18 Gault&Millau points. The cooking is Mediterranean in style and seasonal, and classics such as 'Umbertino's Egg' with caviar remain on the menu. The wine cellar holds more than 800 labels, and in summer the terrace beckons.
