Suvretta House

5-star grand hotel · 17 Gault&Millau

16 min by car

Suvretta House is a five-star superior grand hotel just outside St. Moritz with sweeping views over the Engadine lakes. In the historic Grand Restaurant, Fabrizio Zanetti cooks market-fresh French cuisine (17 Gault&Millau points), with some dishes finished at the table in the old-school way – such as the beef tartare or the flambéed crêpes Suzette; an elegant dress code applies. Things are more relaxed in the Suvretta Stube, which serves Swiss and Graubünden dishes, cheese fondue and the legendary beef tartare. The hotel and its restaurants open seasonally in summer and winter.
