PopUp² on Via Maistra has been run by hosts Marc and Hanueli since November 2022, with Lukasz, who brings experience from top London restaurants, in the kitchen. The menu changes with the seasons and ranges from tapas and ramen to rib-eye from the in-house dry ager; there is pizza too. The curious can book the 'Social Gourmet Table' with a surprise menu for up to six people. In fine weather the food truck on the village square draws people in for an aperitif and street food.
