Hügo Stüva is the restaurant of Conrad's Mountain Lodge in Silvaplana, with a veranda and sun terrace. The day begins with a breakfast buffet including egg dishes and pancakes, and at lunchtime there are sandwiches, soups and salads. In the evening, gourmet sourdough pizza made with lievito madre comes to the table – as 'pizza al metro' up to a metre long with up to four toppings, perfect for sharing. If you fancy something else, the evening menu offers Italian dishes such as rabbit with polenta.
