23 min by car

This four-star superior hotel in Sils-Baselgia grew out of the patrician house of the confectioner Johann Josty and stands in a large, old park. In the Swiss stone pine parlour Stüva 1817, head chef Manuel Telser cooks Graubünden and South Tyrolean Alpine cuisine, such as game capuns or Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta pockets). In the Osteria Murütsch, a former coachmen's room, the focus is on Italian dishes and wines from almost every region of Italy; in the evening the Restorant dal Parc serves classics such as chateaubriand. Booking is recommended for dinner.
