13 min by car

Viva at Hotel San Gian combines Engadin produce with influences from around the world. At lunchtime there are sandwiches, salads and small dishes; in the evening, homemade pasta such as tagliolini with prawn tartare or ravioli with smoked aubergine, as well as meat and fish dishes. The kitchen team treats its produce with care and uses it as completely as possible. Children have their own menu, and there is a good choice of vegetarian dishes.
