At Caruso in Hotel Laudinella, guests watch the pizza makers bake around a hundred different pizzas in the beechwood oven – the largest selection in St. Moritz. There is also homemade pasta, risotto, grilled fish and meat, and specialities from nearby Valtellina such as pizzoccheri. The restaurant was redesigned in 2024 with lots of local wood and is a popular meeting place for locals and holidaymakers. It is open every evening for most of the year, and pizza is also available to take away.
