The family-run Hotel Donatz on the Plazzet in the heart of Samedan is an address for connoisseurs. In the Swiss stone pine parlour of the Donatz Restaurant, the house classic is served: Angus beef fillet Woronoff, flambéed at the table, joined in autumn by game dishes. The Wine Bar of sommelier René A. Donatz stocks more than 550 wines, around 20 of them by the glass. The restaurant is open in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday; booking is advisable.
