The wild side valley starts right outside the door: about 3.4 km almost level along the Beverbach to Spinas, family-friendly and car-free, with the Gasthaus Spinas and a stop on the UNESCO Albula line. Further in it becomes lonely and alpine, up to the Jenatsch hut at the head of the valley. Back on foot or by train from Spinas.
