Alpetta

Mountain hut · Grill

22 min by car · to the starting point

Alpetta sits on the Corvatsch not far from the Murtèl middle station and is devoted entirely to the grill. Aged cuts of beef, veal, venison and pork go onto the lava-stone grill and into the smoker, along with baby back ribs or the 'Grilleda Alpina' sharing platter. Those who prefer the classics can choose Älplermaccheroni (Alpine macaroni with potatoes and cheese) or pizzoccheri, followed by Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. In summer a visit combines nicely with the hike down to Surlej.

Our hosts' tip
