Stars is the main restaurant of the Nira Alpina design hotel, right next to the Corvatsch cable car valley station, with sweeping views over lakes and mountains. The menu travels 'from the world to the Alps': dim sum, Thai curry and sashimi sit alongside capuns with mountain cheese or beef fillet with truffle risotto. If you can't decide, go for the chef's daily three-course menu. The Rooftop Bar is well worth it for an aperitif before or a nightcap after.
