Restaurant Bellavista

Regional · Game from the owner's own hunt

19 min by car

The Bellavista hotel restaurant in Surlej is run by the Kleger family and looks out across the Upper Engadine lakes. In autumn and winter game takes centre stage, much of it from the host's own hunting – chamois ragout or saddle of venison, for example. The in-house meat-drying room supplies Graubünden specialities, and there are classics such as pizzoccheri and a well-stocked wine cellar. The rustic hunting lodge 'Baita' can be booked for groups.
