Ya Mama by Moses Ceylan

Levantine · Mezze

22 min by train and bus

Since December 2025, Moses Ceylan has been bringing the cooking of the Levant to the Engadine at the Cresta Palace in Celerina. The former co-head chef of the two-star restaurant “Einstein Gourmet” in St. Gallen cooks from family recipes from southern Turkey, Syria and Lebanon and combines them with regional produce. You order mezze to share, with homemade pide bread and grilled dishes such as baharat-spiced saddle of lamb or salmon trout “Aramaic style”. The mood is deliberately relaxed, with no dress code; the Michelin Guide lists Ya Mama in its selection.
