At Thailando in Silvaplana's Hotel Albana, everything revolves around Thai cuisine. Head chef Teerapol Tangphet, whose career includes the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, has run the kitchen for many years, cooking with his own sauces, chilli, coriander and lemongrass. Every Sunday evening the 'Thaivolata', with a starter buffet and several courses, invites guests on a journey through Asia. Families appreciate the children's menu and playroom, and the ice cream from the in-house patisserie makes a fine finish.
