11 min by car

Pitschna Scena is the relaxed à la carte restaurant of the Hotel Saratz near Pontresina station. Head chef Giuseppe Marrancone combines Italian cuisine with Graubünden specialities – from Capuns (chard parcels) and Älplermagronen (alpine macaroni) to ravioli and dishes cooked on a hot stone. At lunchtime guests like to sit on the sun terrace, in the evening they come for dinner with friends or a drink. There are special menus for children, and for dessert the chocolate cake made to an old family recipe is a must.
