Since 1880 the name Gianotti has stood for the confectioner’s art in Pontresina; today brothers Marco and Roman Kling run the family business in its fifth generation. At the “Wilderei” on Via Maistra, café, grill and wine bar come together: meat such as venison entrecôte or beef fillet is cooked on the grill in the middle of the room, and the wine bar offers many wines by the glass and Graubünden cold-cut platters. With your coffee there is nut tart and cake from the in-house confectionery “Piz Süss”. From the balcony you look towards the glacier and the ski area.
