14 min by car

At Amaru in the Kulm Hotel, Peruvian chef Claudia Canessa brings the cuisine of her homeland to St. Moritz: ceviches, Nikkei dishes with a Japanese twist and many plates inspired by Peruvian street food. The colourful interior was designed by British artist Luke Edward Hall, and a pisco sour is the traditional way to start. Gault&Millau rates the restaurant at 16 points. It is open in the summer and winter seasons, Tuesday to Saturday evenings.
