The View is the main restaurant of the five-star Hotel Grace La Margna above the station, with views of the lake and mountains. Head chef Andrea Bonini cooks Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fish and seafood, much of it designed for sharing – from lobster linguine to veal cutlet Milanese-style. Gault&Millau rates the restaurant at 15 points. It is open all year, in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner.
25 minutes by train or bus from Bever – you can leave the car behind. Reservations: recommended, online or by phone.
