Restaurant Waldhaus am See

Swiss & Italian cuisine · Fondue

10 min by car

Hotel Waldhaus am See sits right on the shore of Lake St. Moritz, and from the restaurant you look across the water to the Engadin mountains. The food is hearty Swiss and Italian – from Châteaubriand with béarnaise to rösti and capuns (chard-wrapped dumplings), fish, cheese fondue and raclette. The whisky bar “Devil's Place”, with more than 2,500 bottles, is legendary; the hotel describes it as the largest in the world. The restaurant is open all year; if you would like a window table, book early.
