Restaurant Corvatsch, in the hotel of the same name in St. Moritz Bad, serves hearty Swiss cooking in a rustic Graubünden-style parlour. The house speciality is Fondue Corvatsch made with Engadine Forte, Vacherin and Gruyère; there is also rösti, capuns, spring chicken (Mistkratzerli) and, in season, game such as venison stew. A small fireside room and a larger banquet room are available for celebrations. The restaurant closes during the late-autumn off-season.
