Pappaloù sits right by the surf centre on the bay of Silvaplana and is open from May to October, from breakfast through to dinner. Mornings bring pancakes, eggs and bowls; later there are burgers, spare ribs and steaks from the charcoal grill, a peanut curry and plenty of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Next to the terrace is a playground with a pirate ship, and on windy or rainy days the fireplace keeps things warm inside. Dogs are welcome, and everything is also available to take away.
