Mulets is located at the Silvaplana sports centre, just above the kitesurfing spot, and looks across the lake to the Corvatsch. The wood-fired oven turns out pizzas such as the 'Lakeside', while house classics like Solo's Burger, bacon pizokel (buckwheat dumplings) and the Cordon bleu Mulets share the menu with changing seasonal dishes. The kitchen is open all day, and the sheltered terrace lounge stays pleasant even when the Maloja wind blows. In high season it is worth booking by phone.
