La Tenda sur Lej

Mediterranean · Fish · Cheese fondue

18 min by car

La Tenda is a heated tent on Lej Suot by the Surlej bridge, right on the cross-country trail. During the day, cross-country skiers stop in for soup, antipasti or panini; in the evening it becomes a cosy restaurant serving Mediterranean food, fish and cheese fondue. The spaghetti alle vongole is a favourite; the salt-crusted fish must be ordered in advance. It is open in winter only and is a meeting place for locals from Silvaplana, Surlej and Champfèr.
