Kochendörfer's Hotel Albris

Fish · Café · Patisserie

11 min by car

At Hotel Albris, owned by the Kochendörfer family for four generations, restaurant and patisserie go hand in hand: the Kochendörfer Engadine torte has been made in the in-house bakery since 1896. In the restaurant the focus is on fish – the house is a member of the Tafelgesellschaft zum Goldenen Fisch, and whole fish are filleted at the table. In autumn a game menu adds to the offer. If you just drop by for coffee, you will find fresh cakes from the in-house patisserie in the afternoon.
