Graubünden specialities · Classics

11 min by car

The Steinbock Gaststuben belong to Pontresina’s oldest inn, which first opened in 1651 and is now owned by the third generation of the Walther family. Meals are served in three wood-panelled parlours – the classic Colani Stübli and the Flora and Farfalla rooms. The menu features Graubünden classics such as handmade Capuns, cabbage Pizokels and rösti, complemented by international dishes and, in autumn, by game such as roe deer ragout. The kitchen cooks fresh and seasonal food, and vegetarians will find a selection of their own.
