Ristorante Pugliese Müsella

Apulian · Southern Italian

17 min by train and bus

At Müsella, Franco and Sabrina Palmisano bring Apulia to La Punt: homemade orecchiette with cime di rapa (turnip greens), panzerottini and fava bean purée made to family recipes. There is also porcini risotto with truffle butter, octopus “alla Luciana” and meat from the grill. The restaurant lies right on the cross-country ski trail and has a sun terrace. In the small bottega you can buy taralli, olive oil and other Apulian products.
