Since December 2025, Neora at the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski has brought Greek cuisine to the Engadin. Head chef Leonidas Zervakis focuses on the charcoal grill and dishes for sharing: guests choose their fish and seafood at the in-house “Fish Market”, accompanied by mezze, freshly baked pita bread and olive oil from Crete. Grilled octopus and feta in kataifi pastry are among the house classics. Stone, wood and Greek ceramics create a warm Mediterranean atmosphere – a pleasant contrast to the Alpine cuisine all around.
