Chesa Veglia is a 17th-century Engadine farmhouse in the heart of St. Moritz that Badrutt’s Palace has run as a restaurant house since the 1930s. Under one roof you find the Pizzeria Heuboden with its famous “Dama Bianca” truffle pizza, the wood-panelled Patrizier Stuben serving Graubünden classics, the Grill Chadafö with Bresse chicken and Châteaubriand, as well as the small Carigiet Fondue Stübli and the Polo Bar. It is open for dinner only and only during the hotel season; booking is essential.
