Bo's Co in the centre of Celerina has the character of a village pub and is open from morning to evening almost all year round. People come for breakfast, brunch, coffee and cake or dinner – say, a homemade cordon bleu or one of the colourful salad bowls, many of them vegetarian or vegan. Some of the herbs, salads and teas come from the restaurant’s own gardens and from the forest. Families appreciate the children’s menu and the playground right next door, dogs are welcome, and in winter there is fondue in the greenhouse.
