Banfi's is a family-run restaurant in St. Moritz-Bad where things are refreshingly informal. The team is especially proud of two dishes: the hand-cut beef tartare, served in the evenings only, and the cordon bleu, which hungry guests can also pre-order in XXL size. Soups, gnocchi, tagliatelle and desserts are made in-house, and anyone looking for a change will even find a red Thai curry. Children have their own dishes. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays; booking by phone is appreciated.
