Kulm Country Club by Mauro Colagreco

Grill · Mountain cuisine

13 min by car

Right next to the Kulm Hotel's ice rink stands the pavilion of the Kulm Country Club, whose kitchen is overseen by the Argentine-French star chef Mauro Colagreco. The cooking relies on regional produce and plenty of fire: chicken from the Josper oven, slow-cooked lamb shoulder for sharing or sea bass baked in a salt crust. The mood is relaxed, the terrace is a lovely spot in summer, and old sleds hanging from the ceiling recall the town's sporting history. Gault&Millau awards 16 points, children have their own menu and dogs are welcome.
