Porcini and chanterelles grow in the forests. In Graubünden the rules are: no picking from the 1st to the 10th of each month, at most 2 kg per person per day, groups of no more than three (families excepted). In the huts the game season begins with venison ragout and capuns, plus Engadine nut tart.
